About 7 days from confirmed design for existing-mold samples. Full custom molds take longer — we give you a dated schedule with the quote.

Yes. Logo printing (silk-screen, hot-stamp, laser), custom Pantone colors and custom packaging are available on every style. Full ODM from your own design or 3D file is also supported.

About 1.2 million pcs per month across hairbrushes & combs (roughly 70% of output) and beauty brushes (roughly 30%). Trial orders of 10 pcs and container programs run on the same line.

Europe, North America, Asia, South America and Oceania. We ship sea, air and express (DHL / FedEx / UPS), and handle export documentation from Ningbo port.

We keep payment flexible — terms are agreed case by case to fit the order. Most transactions are by T/T bank transfer; for repeat customers other arrangements are negotiable.

Orders are typically ready in about 30 days from confirmation, depending on quantity and level of customization. Your dated production schedule is confirmed before you pay — and we keep you updated with photos while the order runs.

Yes — we welcome factory audits and visits in Yuyao, Ningbo. If you cannot travel, we run live video walkthroughs of the production line on request.
