Quotations & orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is binding only after our written confirmation and receipt of the agreed payment.

Payment

Payment terms are flexible and agreed case by case; they are stated in each order confirmation.

Delivery & risk

Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 as stated on the order confirmation. Risk passes as per the applicable Incoterm.

Intellectual property
